This girl is totally jocking my current fashion mood, which is black with accents of neon. Also, I desperately want the colored-tights thing to work, but honestly I just don't think that it does! The legs are just not the greatest place for loud colors, I'm sorry. On the other hand I think I have accepted/might actually dig the short shorts/black tights combo. And I'm not just saying that because it's starting to get chilly and I have lots of shorts and only one pair of wearable pants. But I am. And I do.
