Today I am feeling grumpy because of a parking ticket I TOTALLY DIDN'T DESERVE. But the real problem is that this is the third day in a row that something or other has given me the grumps, which is not an emotional place I want to be in. To stave off these dumb feelings I have been watching/listening to these two things on repeat:

1. HARVARD SAILING TEAM: BOYS WILL BE GIRLS

It's funny because it's TRUE! Not to enforce gender stereotypes buttttttttt sometimes they exist for a reason. More importantly, these boys nail EVERY expression, every intonation, everything is SPOT ON. I like to just open this video up in the background and play it while I do work.

2. BIG CITY HIT RADIO

Big City Hit Radio is the fab Eastern European radio show on iTunes (look under "80s Flashback" to find it) that is playing me "24/7 non-stop the best 80s and 90s hits" to serenade me through these troubling times. And it's WORKING! As I was typing this to you I was treated to a transition from Paula Abdul's "Opposites Attract" to the Ace of Base version of "Cruel Summer" to "St. Elmo's Fire." This is JUST WHAT THE DOCTOR ORDERED.

Another thing that is helping:
